GoTyme Bank is seeking a Payment & Operations Lead to oversee issuer card reconciliations, settlements, and journal postings. You will drive process improvements, enforce controls, and coordinate with Finance, Treasury, and partners to ensure accurate, timely reconciliations of Visa and BancNet transactions.

The Payment & Operations Lead will oversee the day-to-day oversight of GoTyme Bank's issuer card reconciliation operations, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely reconciliation of Visa and BancNet transactions, settlement activity, general ledger entries, and outstanding reconciling items. The role drives investigation and resolution of reconciliation breaks, strengthens operational controls and reporting, and provides secondary operational support for selected Treasury payment-processing and settlement activities.
