• Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issuing receipts and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain knowledge of the store’s inventory, promotions, and pricing.
• Display and organize items for sale, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding loans, interest rates, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints or elevate issues to the manager when necessary.
• Perform inventory management, including tagging, storing, and securing pawned items.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies regarding pawning and financial transactions.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop.
