Job summary

You will work closely with patients, clients, and visitors to provide accurate information and timely assistance.

In this role you will coordinate with other departments, resolve complaints, maintain records of interactions, and help implement service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 1–2 years in customer service, healthcare, HMO, or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer operations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries across inpatient/outpatient, billing, admissions, and hospital services.
• Provide accurate, timely information to patients, clients and visitors.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve customer concerns and service requests.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisor when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Support implementation of customer service standards and procedures.
