Qualifications

• GCE N/ O Level or Diploma is required.
• Valid PLRD license with emplacement of Senior Security Officer (SSO) or Security Officer (SO).
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure and upkeep the security of all patients, staff and visitors.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies (abuse, assaults, fire, theft, etc.).
• Attend to cases of interest tasked by reporting officer / supervisor.
• Perform patrols, sector clocking and special operations.
• Assist in fire safety, crowd control and VIP duties when required.
• Manage incidents involving violent or abusive patients/relatives and submit reports.
• Attend to walk-in enquiries from patients, visitors and staff.
• Assist with lost and found properties.
• Conduct CCTV monitoring for suspicious characters or vehicles.
• Assist SPF / APOs with law enforcement.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
