Job summary

Virtual Rockstar is seeking a compassionate and organized Patient Liaison to join our client’s dedicated physical therapy team in New Hampshire. This remote role enhances patient experience, ensures smooth communication, and maintains the efficiency of our practice.

Responsibilities include confirming appointments, following up with patients after sessions, coordinating with providers, managing referrals, sending reminders, handling inquiries, invoicing, and maintaining electronic medical

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare or patient support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Nextiva phones, Prompt EMR, WelcomeWare (or similar virtual kiosks), and Google Chat is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setting.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to communication.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
• Follow up with patients post-session and send personalized exercise and treatment plans
• Respond to frequently asked questions and handle appointment rescheduling
• Manage referrals from other healthcare providers and coordinate with medical staff
• Send appointment reminders and maintain a waitlist for appointmentsGenerate and send invoices while maintaining electronic medical records
• Answer calls and assist patients virtually, providing clear information and support
• Prepare documents and manage email correspondence
• Perform data entry and generate basic reports
• Greet patients and provide directions within the facility as needed (if applicable)
