SuperStaff Outsourcing is seeking a Patient Authorization Coordinator for our corporate office in Makati. You will verify patient eligibility and coordinate re-authorization with clinicians, insurance companies, and offices, under supervision.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, multitasking under pressure, and strict HIPAA compliance. On-site location at SM Clark or Makati with a daytime shift is offered.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and manage patient re-authorization processes.
• Coordinate data requests with physicians and offices for re-authorization.
• Submit re-authorization requests to insurance companies.
• Timely follow-up on re-authorization statuses.
• Document all case information in Brightree and QS1.
• Create tasks in Brightree for future authorizations.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in daily operations.
• Represent the company professionally under pressure.
