Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, and baked products.
• Measure and prepare ingredients according to established recipes and standards.
• Assist the Pastry Chef and pastry team with mise en place and production.
• Perform basic pastry tasks such as mixing, portioning, baking, assembling, and decorating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and rotation of ingredients.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in minimizing food waste and maintaining proper inventory of pastry ingredients.
• Support the pastry team during peak periods, events, and special orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
