Qualifications

• Proven experience headhunting passive, currently employed candidates.
• Strong outbound and persuasion skills with a consultative approach.
• Ability to personalize outreach at scale without sacrificing quality.
• Strong pre-qualification and alignment skills.
• KPI-driven mindset focused on response rate, acceptance rate, and pipeline quality.
