Responsibilities

• Respond to walk-in customers and maintain standards of customer care.
• Respond to and monitor online inquiries with proper customer care standards.
• Assign correct part numbers for parts queried or ordered.
• Follow up on pending counter orders and inform customers of arrival.
• Aim for 100% attainment of targets (Parts, Chemical, Accessories).
• Participate in Internal Training, TMP Training and quarterly exams.

Duties & Responsibilities:

2. 2. Respond and monitoring on online inquiry observing standards of customer care.
3. 3. Responsible in assigning correct part number for parts being inquired for/ordered by counter customer.
4. 4. Follows up and monitors pending counter orders/requirements so as to be able to inform customer of arrival.
5. 5. Responsible in 100% attainment of each target (Parts, Chemical, Accessories)
6. 6. Participate in the Internal Training, TMP Training and Qtrly. Exam.
