Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Office Administration, Management, or a related field
• Candidates with relevant technical or equipment-related education may also be considered
• Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination, customer service, service administration, or a related role
• Experience in equipment, machinery, automotive, industrial products, spare parts, or technical services is an advantage
• Fresh graduates may be considered if they demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
• Good understanding of basic sales and administrative processes
• Strong monitoring and follow-up skills, particularly for pending quotations, customer requirements, and scheduled maintenance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records.
