Job summary

Tech9 is seeking a part-time Visual Designer to own the visual production for marketing and internal materials. This is a hands-on role—no product/UX design—shaping how Tech9 looks across social, website, sales collateral, and internal brand media.

You’ll work with Tech9's Marketing Strategy Manager to translate strategy and copy into on-brand visuals, with occasional support for proposals and presentations. Remote, ~15–20 hours/week; overlap with US business hours preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic/visual design experience.
• Strong portfolio with social content, marketing collateral, and presentation design.
• Fluent in modern design tools (Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite); comfortable with PowerPoint/Slides.
• Strong typography, layout, and brand-consistency instincts.
• Reliable and self-directed with ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Professional written English for async collaboration with a US-based team.
• Based in Latin America with working hours overlapping US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Create social media graphics and campaign visuals for LinkedIn.
• Update website visuals and blog header images.
• Design event collateral, invites, slides, and signage.
• Design emails and newsletters.
• Support proposals and pitch decks with branded visuals.
• Maintain brand guidelines across internal materials.
