Job summary

Dayforce in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the APJ Marketing team with coordination, data, reporting and day-to-day operations that keep marketing programs running across the region.

• 2-4 years' experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and delivery of marketing programs, events and key projects across APJ, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables remain on track.
• Maintain and enhance marketing account intelligence, including visibility of key accounts, buyer personas, audience coverage and relevant information gaps.
• Monitor database health and engagement to help identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen marketing reach.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports across key channels, including email, social, web and content.
• Support post-campaign and post-event processes, including data clean-up and enrichment to maintain accurate and actionable marketing information.
• Work closely with Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, execution and follow-up of marketing activities.
