The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in a related field, has teaching or industry experience, and can teach onsite at CIIT's Kamuning
We are seeking a passionate, industry-aware, and student-centered Part-Time Multimedia Arts Instructor to join our academic team. The instructor will deliver engaging and practical instruction across various areas of multimedia arts, depending on their expertise and the needs of the program. The instructor will guide students through hands‑on activities, projects, critiques, and real‑world applications while helping them develop their creative, technical, conceptual, and professional skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Animation, Film, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
With teaching, industry, or professional experience in multimedia arts or a related creative field
Strong expertise in one or more areas of multimedia arts, such as:
Drawing, illustration, and design fundamentals
Graphic design, typography, layout, and color theory
2D/3D animation and 3D modeling
Film, video production, cinematography, and post‑production
Digital photography and image editing
UI/UX and digital design
Multimedia publishing and digital media
Branding, advertising, and creative marketing
Art appreciation, art history, and Philippine arts and culture
Portfolio development and creative project management
Familiarity with current creative tools, technologies, workflows, and industry practices
Proficient in relevant creative software and digital tools
Amenable to teaching onsite at CIIT's campus in Kamuning, Quezon City
Strong communication, presentation, classroom management, and organizational skills
Ability to facilitate hands‑on, project‑based, and student‑centered learning experiences
Passion for mentoring college students and developing their creativity, technical skills, critical thinking, and professional practice
Facilitate engaging lectures, demonstrations, discussions, critiques, and hands‑on activities related to multimedia arts
Teach concepts, techniques, tools, and workflows relevant to the instructor's area of specialization
Guide students in developing creative projects and applying design and multimedia principles to practical outputs
Introduce students to current industry practices, technologies, tools, and creative workflows
Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help students improve their creative and technical work
Develop learning activities, exercises, projects, and assessments aligned with course outcomes
Encourage experimentation, critical thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving in the classroom
Connect lessons with real‑world applications, creative industries, current trends, and professional practices
Guide students in developing and presenting their creative outputs, portfolios, and projects
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and learner‑centered classroom environment
Support students in building the technical, creative, and professional skills needed for careers in the multimedia and creative industries
