Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking a Goods Flow Assistant (PT) in Goods Replenishment to support the Logistics & Supply Chain team. The role focuses on ensuring efficient goods flow, accurate stock levels and safe, reliable store operations.

You will perform assigned goods flow tasks using IKEA systems and equipment, contribute to lean daily operations, help achieve team goals, and comply with health, safety, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
• Forklift certification or relevant forklift operation experience is a plus.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to work in a team and also independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment.
• Contribute to lean, cost-conscious daily goods flow operations.
• Support achievement of Goods Flow Team goals and participate in goal setting.
• Follow health, safety, and security guidelines to prevent incidents.
