Job summary

IKEA Philippines in Pasay is hiring an Associate in Goods Flow to support the logistics process. You will use IKEA systems and equipment to ensure stock accuracy and high product availability for customers.

Reporting to the Goods Flow Team Manager, you will perform daily operations, contribute to lean processes, and uphold health, safety, and security guidelines. A forklift certification is a plus, with 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• You have an interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range.
• You have a Forklift Certification or relevant forklift operation skills is a plus.
• You have at least 1–2 years' experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
• You manage time effectively, prioritize and organize tasks to use time efficiently.
• You have good attention to detail to achieve accuracy.
• You are a quick learner and ask questions when unclear.
• You are flexible and can adapt to unpredictable changes in daily tasks.
• You enjoy teamwork but can also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in your area using IKEA systems and equipment to achieve efficient goods flow and data integrity for stock accuracy and high product availability.
• Contribute to an optimized daily goods flow operation by working lean, simple, and cost-conscious.
• Contribute to the team goals and be involved in goal-setting for the Goods Flow Team.
• Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and support colleagues in preventing incidents.
