Job summary

IKEA Philippines is seeking an Associate in the Goods Flow/Warehouse area to support efficient goods flow, accurate stock, and data integrity across IKEA stores. You will apply forklift-enabled operations and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high product availability for customers.

Reporting to the Goods Flow Team Manager, you will help optimize daily processes, follow safety guidelines, and adapt to changing tasks while maintaining accuracy and speed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range.
• Forklift Certification or relevant forklift operation skills is a plus.
• 1–2 years’ experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail.
• Strong time management, ability to prioritize and stay organized.
• Good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Fast learner and able to ask questions when unclear.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing daily tasks and new ideas.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform Goods Flow operation tasks in assigned area using IKEA systems and equipment to achieve efficient flow and data integrity.
• Contribute to lean, simple, cost-conscious daily goods flow processes and maximize stock availability.
• Support the Goods Flow Team goals and participate in team goal-setting.
• Adhere to IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines and support colleagues to prevent incidents.
