cnx in the Philippines seeks a Reliever General Practitioner to provide medical care, conduct examinations, and manage patient treatment during relief shifts at our Quezon City site.

The role requires a medical degree and license in the Philippines, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Collaboration with health professionals and accurate record-keeping are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and valid license to practice in the Philippines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Updated Basic Life Support training and Basic Course in Occupational Medicine.
• ACLS training is an advantage.
• Strong clinical and evidence-based decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Conducts clinic hours eight hours a day, Monday to Friday.
• Provides customized medical care, diagnosis and treatment.
• Performs physical examinations and orders diagnostic tests.
• Develops and implements tailored treatment plans.
• Encodes detailed medical records promptly.
• Contributes to occupational health strategies for employee health protection.
• Provides health surveillance, vaccinations, and investigations of occupational illnesses.
• Provides post-APE discussions with employees.
• Rotates as PEME or APE evaluator as needed.
• Participates in quality improvement and team meetings.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure patient outcomes.
• Keeps up-to-date with medical advances and best practices.
