MCA Asia Business Solutions Inc. is seeking a General Practitioner for an on-site position in Makati. The role involves outpatient consultations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, and performing minor procedures.

You will oversee medical records, coordinate referrals, and participate in clinical protocol development. The candidate should have 2–5 years post-licensure experience, strong communication skills, and be comfortable working in multi-cultural and remote environments.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or equivalent medical degree.
• 2–5 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience in emergency medicine and occupational health in mining/oil and gas is preferred.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills with patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Provide outpatient consultations and primary medical care.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform minor procedures and wound management.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and hospitals.
• Supervise nursing and allied health staff; maintain EMR records.
• Develop protocols and support infection control and safety initiatives.
• Assist management in planning expansion of medical services.
