TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking a detail-driven Paraplanner to draft SOAs, ROAs, and portfolio reviews for Australian clients. Based onsite in Tarlac, you will collaborate with senior paraplanners and operations managers to ensure accuracy and compliance using XPLAN and Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience producing SOAs and ROAs within a financial planning context.
• Advanced Microsoft Word skills for document formatting and styling; strong Excel capabilities.
• Familiarity with XPLAN is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOAs and ROAs across superannuation, investments, retirement planning, and personal insurance.
• Input client data, run modelling, generate strategy illustrations, and maintain clean records.
• Produce portfolio reviews with investment strategy performance and rebalancing recommendations.
• Assist in insurance needs analysis and obtain quotations from major providers.
