Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Manila is seeking a capable Paraplanner to support financial advisers by preparing compliant SoA and RoA documents and shaping client strategies based on current information.

You will collaborate with the Client Service Manager and Advisers, perform research for investment and insurance recommendations, and use Xplan to update client records with accuracy, while communicating in fluent English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as paraplanner.
• Experience using Xplan for SoA/RoA.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

What You'll Do

• Develop financial strategies to meet client's objectives based on the existing situation of clients.


• Work with the Client Service Manager and Advisers to prepare the financial strategy based on the information provided and research completed.


• Required to prepare Compliant Advise Documents (SoA, RoA) using Xplan


• Ad-hoc completion of basic administrative tasks and updating client information via Xplan


• Conducting research for investment/insurance recommendations while working closely with Fund Managers, Insurance/superannuation/Platform Providers

Key Criteria

• MUST have a min of 2 years of working experience as a Paraplanner


• Ability to develop a working knowledge of the Australian Superannuation, Financial Planning and Taxation System.


• MUST have experience using Xplan


• Comprehensive verbal and written English skills.


• Driven, proactive and able to work independently.

Work setup

• Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am–3pm PH local time) with onsite for first 2 weeks and transition to hybrid (once a month onsite)
