NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. seeks a Parametric Design Specialist skilled in Rhino 3D and Grasshopper to join a tensile architecture team. You will develop parametric models for fabrication, translate concepts into fabrication-ready files, and create efficient Grasshopper scripts to streamline design and production.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet material and manufacturing requirements, while maintaining version-controlled workflows and staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing parametric models for fabrication contexts.
• Portfolio with Rhino 3D and Grasshopper projects.
• Ability to translate design concepts into fabrication-ready models.
• Experience with CNC, 3D printing, laser cutting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine parametric models in Rhino 3D and Grasshopper.
• Translate design concepts into fabrication-ready models.
• Create reusable Grasshopper scripts to streamline design and production.
• Create drafted shops and CD documents from 3D models using scripts.
• Coordinate with fabrication to meet material and manufacturing requirements.
• Assist in quality control ensuring models are error-free.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and project management teams.
• Maintain organized digital files and version control.
• Stay current with parametric design tools and trends.
