• Proficient in operating electric and programmable guillotine cutting machines, ensuring accurate and consistent output based on job specifications, layouts, and crop marks.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high precision and consistency across batch production, meeting tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Experienced in inspecting printed materials prior to cutting, identifying potential errors and minimizing rework to improve production efficiency.
• Strong understanding of paper types, grain direction, and finishing processes, ensuring optimal cutting results for coated stocks, laminated prints, and specialty media.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting job orders, cutting guides, and production layouts, ensuring correct execution of each project
• Proven ability to coordinate effectively with pre-press and production teams, ensuring alignment on job requirements and timelines.
