Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final-year undergraduate seeking an academic internship or on‑job training opportunity.
• Educational background in engineering, technology, or a related field.
• Clear and professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Curious, customer‑focused, and motivated to solve problems in a collaborative environment.
• Able to work on‑site at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the solution engineering division's day‑to‑day activities.
• Learn Infobip products, solutions, and use cases while contributing to project implementations under mentor guidance.
• Assist in designing solutions addressing customers’ technical and business requirements.
• Help configure and customize Infobip solutions based on customer needs.
• Contribute to internal customer service, documentation, and follow‑up activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support ongoing projects and tasks.
