You will work closely with the team to ensure campaigns launch correctly, assets are aligned with briefs, and verification steps are completed daily to maintain

Responsibilities

• Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy.
• Monitor budgets and pacing across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Verify URLs, UTMs, and destination functionality.
• Perform daily delivery checks using internal tools and platforms.
• Assist with campaign setup from provided briefs.
• Ensure correct creative versions and launch readiness.
• Communicate errors and risks to senior team members.
• Track issues through resolution to avoid gaps.
• Build campaigns from approved briefs and perform routine maintenance.
• Support higher volume campaigns as trust grows.

Job Title: Paid Social Specialist (Remote)

About the Client:

Our client is a performance marketing agency specializing in health, fitness, and lifestyle brands. They help businesses grow through data-driven marketing, media strategy, creative content, and digital advertising solutions.

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paid Social Associate to support the execution, monitoring, and quality assurance of paid social campaigns. This role focuses on ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, budgets are monitored, and potential issues are identified and addressed promptly. Working closely with senior team members, the associate will follow established processes to maintain campaign accuracy and performance. This is an execution-focused role with no direct responsibility for client communication, campaign strategy, or creative direction.

Responsibilities

• Review live and pending Meta campaigns for accuracy in settings, budgets, audiences, creatives, and naming conventions
• Primary focus will be Meta. Secondary will be Snapchat and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign pacing to ensure budgets are spending appropriately relative to plan; flag under- or over-spend issues promptly
• Verify URLs, UTMs, and destination functionality prior to and after launch
• Perform daily delivery checks using internal tools and directly in platform to identify anomalies or errors for escalation
• Assist with campaign setup using provided briefs and step-by-step instructions
• Ensure correct creative versions are used and aligned with launch requirements
• Clearly communicate errors, risks, or pacing concerns to senior team members
• Track identified issues through resolution to ensure no gaps in execution
• Independently build campaigns from approved briefs
  Perform repeatable maintenance tasks (pausing, duplicating, budget updates)
• Support a higher volume of campaigns once consistency and trust are established

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience working in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and meet deadlines consistently
• Clear written communication skills for internal coordination
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Microsoft Teams

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9AM - 5PM Pacific Time Zone

Setup: Remote
