Job summary

Satellite Office is hiring a Paid Media Coordinator to support digital advertising campaigns for global clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field (preferred)
• Google Analytics certification (preferred)
• Looker Studio or equivalent BI tool certification (preferred)
• Hands-on experience producing performance reports across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, DV360)
• Proficiency in Looker Studio—building and evolving dashboards to meet stakeholder needs
• Experience managing data connector tools such as Supermetrics for uninterrupted data flows
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail in data handling and reporting quality

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the paid media reporting ecosystem with live dashboards
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports across all paid channels
• Monitor pacing and budget tracking in real time and flag anomalies
• Manage data connector infrastructure ensuring uninterrupted data flows
• Support attribution and measurement frameworks with clean data inputs
• Contribute to reporting templates and dashboard views to meet business needs
• Make performance data accessible and actionable for stakeholders
