Total Philippines Corporation is seeking an HR Intern – Creatives & Employee Engagement to assist the HR team in employee engagement activities, internal communications, recruitment support, and creative content development in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates who are creative, organized, and eager to gain hands-on HR experience while utilizing Canva, PowerPoint, and basic graphic design tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a related degree.
• Open to students with internship/OJT requirements or fresh graduates seeking HR experience.
• Creative and knowledgeable in Canva, PowerPoint, or basic graphic design tools.
• Strong interest in employee engagement, workplace culture, and HR operations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation creation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in employee engagement activities, company events, and internal HR programs.
• Create creative materials such as posters, announcements, presentation decks, email banners, and employee engagement content.
• Support internal communication initiatives and HR campaigns.
• Assist in maintaining HR social media or internal communication platforms when needed.
• Help prepare onboarding materials, employee presentations, and company announcements.
• Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, applicant coordination, and job posting.
• Assist in organizing employee records, HR files, and administrative documentation.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.
• Participate in brainstorming and development of employee engagement ideas and workplace activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
