Job summary

Focus Global Inc. invites a Finance Intern to join the Corporate Service Department in Taguig. Gain hands-on experience in treasury, FX monitoring, investment accounts, and insurance/bond tracking across projects and stores.

You will assist with document reconciliation, forex tracking, and maintaining treasury records, while using Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Dynamics AX to support daily operations and ad-hoc finance tasks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree in finance, financial management, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Basic understanding of finance, treasury, or foreign exchange concepts.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
• Comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack.
• Attention to detail and highly organized with records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in matching documents for foreign currency and investment account reconciliations.
• Support forex purchase tracking and related documentation.
• Scan, upload, and organize documents in Google Drive.
• Maintain accurate records for treasury-related activities.
