Job summary

FlowerStore Group in the Philippines is seeking a Paid Ads Associate to support our marketing team by driving campaign performance with data-driven decisions.

You will monitor campaigns on Google, TikTok, and Meta, analyze results, conduct A/B tests, and prepare clear performance reports for leadership. Joining a fast-paced ecommerce group, you will collaborate across teams and stay current on industry developments to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Paid Ads/ Performance Marketing.
• Direct experience working inside Google Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving results.
• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Campaign Performance across channels to identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing results.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements.
• Prepare performance reports highlighting key findings and optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities support business objectives.
• Stay informed about digital marketing developments, tools, and industry best practices.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
