Job summary

GREEN CROSS INC. is seeking a Packaging Development Specialist to lead packaging design, testing, and documentation in Alabang. You will conduct laboratory evaluations, develop new packaging concepts, and ensure compliance with standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of FMCG packaging experience, strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. Onsite work in Alabang is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering programs.
• 1–3 years of relevant FMCG packaging experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in product packaging development, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D design applications.
• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Alabang.

Responsibilities

• Packaging Design and create technical drawings for packaging materials.
• Develop new product packaging concepts and standards.
• Perform packaging tests and laboratory evaluations.
• Manage supplies and packaging laboratory operations.
