Job summary

Facelove is a growing beauty brand selling in the US and EU markets seeking a Packaging and Product Designer to elevate packaging and product presentation as we expand beyond color cosmetics.

You will design packaging for existing and new SKUs, create mockups, iterate based on feedback, and ensure labeling compliance for US/EU markets while assisting with marketing assets for Amazon and Shopify.

Qualifications

• Portfolio required for review.
• Strong skills in Illustrator and/or Photoshop; Figma is a plus.
• Understanding of print-ready file prep (dielines, bleed, CMYK).
• Good eye for beauty/cosmetics aesthetics—clean, premium, trustworthy.
• Comfortable receiving revisions and iterating quickly.
• Reliable communication and can commit to steady weekly hours.

Packaging and Product Designer for a Beauty Brand at Facelove

We are a growing beauty brand selling in both the US and EU markets. We're expanding beyond color cosmetics into new product lines, and we need a creative eye to help our packaging and product presentation keep up with that growth.

What You’ll Do

• Design and refine packaging (boxes, labels, pouches, jars/bottles) for both existing and upcoming SKUs
• Create product mockups and renders for new launches
• Improve existing product designs based on feedback from our team and customers
• Adapt designs for different markets (US and EU labeling requirements may differ)
• Occasionally design supporting marketing assets (product images for Amazon/Shopify listings, etc.)
• Collaborate with our supply chain team to make sure designs are print/manufacture-ready

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in product and/or packaging design (please share a portfolio - this is required, not optional)
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (Figma is a plus)
• Understanding of print-ready file prep (dielines, bleed, CMYK, etc.)
