Job summary

Pure Form, based in Metro Manila, is seeking a Brand & Packaging Designer to develop and execute packaging across SKUs, prepare production-ready files, and keep dielines organized.

You will collaborate with Senior Brand & Visual Designer and Head of Design to support launches, reformulations, and future product lines, while upholding brand guidelines and production standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in packaging design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experienced preparing print-ready artwork, production files, and dielines.
• Strong understanding of packaging production processes and print specifications.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and file management.
• Collaborative, proactive, and confident working within established brand systems.
• Experience in wellness, beauty, FMCG, supplements, or other consumer brands is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design packaging layouts for bottles, boxes, sachets, pouches, kits, and other product formats.
• Adapt existing packaging systems across new SKUs and product variants.
• Prepare production-ready artwork and print files.
• Build and maintain accurate dielines and packaging templates.
• Implement packaging updates based on regulatory, formulation, or marketing changes.
• Coordinate revisions and version control across packaging files.
• Maintain organized packaging folders, templates, and file structures.
• Track packaging updates and ensure the latest approved files are properly archived.
• Help manage artwork requests and packaging-related deliverables across departments.
• Support the documentation of packaging specifications and production assets.
• Assist with packaging needs for new product development launches.
• Prepare artwork assets required for approvals, production, and launch readiness.
• Work with internal teams to ensure packaging timelines and deliverables stay on track.
• Support brand design projects and asset creation as needed.
• Assist with presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral.
• Help maintain templates and design assets that support brand consistency.
• Apply brand guidelines across customer-facing touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the design team on special projects and evolving brand needs.
• Create supporting packaging-related assets such as inserts, labels, display graphics, and product kits.
• Assist with retail and event packaging requirements when needed.
• Review packaging files for consistency, accuracy, and production readiness.
• Ensure artwork follows brand guidelines and technical requirements.
• Support final checks before files are released for production.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a Brand & Packaging Designer to support the development and execution of Pure Form's growing packaging ecosystem. This role will focus on bringing packaging concepts to life, preparing production-ready files, managing packaging updates, and ensuring every SKU is organized, accurate, and aligned with the brand.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Brand & Visual Designer for Systems and Packaging, as well as the Head of Design and Experience to execute packaging across new product launches, reformulations, and future product categories. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design and detail, and finds satisfaction in building well-organized systems that help products move smoothly from concept to production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Packaging Design & Production

• Design packaging layouts for bottles, boxes, sachets, pouches, kits, and other product formats
