Job summary

ODAQ is seeking a creative packaging designer to help expand our beauty lineup for US and EU markets. You will design and refine packaging for existing and upcoming SKUs, create product mockups, and ensure designs are print-ready for dielines, bleed, and CMYK.

A strong eye for premium cosmetics aesthetics and ability to iterate from feedback are essential. This role requires proven packaging design experience with a portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Figma a plus), and

Qualifications

Proven experience in product and/or packaging design; share a portfolio (required)
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop (Figma is a plus)
Understanding of print-ready file prep (dielines, bleed, CMYK)
Good eye for beauty/cosmetics aesthetics — clean, premium, trustworthy
Comfortable receiving revisions and iterating quickly
Reliable communication and steady weekly hours

Responsibilities

Design and refine packaging (boxes, labels, pouches, jars/bottles) for existing and upcoming SKUs
Create product mockups and renders for new launches
Improve existing product designs based on team and customer feedback
Adapt designs for US and EU labeling requirements
Occasionally design marketing assets (images for Amazon/Shopify)
Collaborate with supply chain to ensure print/manufacture-ready designs
