Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, housing operations, property management, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance coordination, and occupancy management.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interact professionally with residents and leadership.
• Passport valid for international travel and ability to obtain country-specific visas.

Responsibilities

• Manage building operations, monitor facility conditions, coordinate service requests, and ensure safe, clean, and habitable living environments for assigned personnel.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing housing concerns, enforcing occupancy policies, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections, document deficiencies, coordinate corrective actions with maintenance and facilities teams, and track work orders to completion.
• Maintain housing records, manage room assignments and turnovers, coordinate check-in/check-out processes, and support housing inspections and audits.
• Assist with quality-of-life initiatives, emergency response coordination, and housing-related reporting in a remote, mission-driven environment.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.
