Job summary

AECOM in the Philippines is seeking an Associate Director of Overhead Line Engineering to lead the HV/EHV transmission design and technical governance for major international projects. You will drive engineering direction, reviews, and quality assurance while mentoring a team across campaigns and time zones.

The role requires strong leadership, global collaboration, and the ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams from feasibility to construction support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Power, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• Significant overhead line experience in T&D projects.
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD or equivalent tools.
• Experience across feasibility to construction support.
• Strong communication for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical lead for overhead lines in Philippines T&D team.
• Lead HV/EHV projects (up to 400kV).
• Review deliverables and ensure quality before client/lead offices.
• Mentor engineers and support planning and capability building.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and bids across time zones.
