About the role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Oven Operator to join our manufacturing team in Bulacan, Central Luzon. This is a pivotal position within our production operations, where you will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial ovens that are critical to our manufacturing process. As an Oven Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring consistent product quality, meeting production targets, and maintaining safe working practices. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in precision equipment operation whilst contributing directly to our company's operational success.

Key responsibilities

• Operating industrial ovens in accordance with standard operating procedures and technical specifications
• Monitoring oven temperatures, pressure levels, and other critical parameters to ensure optimal performance
• Loading and unloading materials into ovens with care and precision, following safety protocols
• Conducting regular inspections of oven equipment to identify maintenance needs or potential issues
• Recording production data, temperatures, and operational metrics accurately throughout shifts
• Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks to keep equipment in proper working condition
• Troubleshooting minor operational issues and reporting significant problems to supervisory staff
• Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily production schedules and quality standards
• Participating in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

• Experiences is not needed but if; Proven experience operating industrial ovens or similar heating equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Technical understanding of temperature control systems, safety interlocks, and equipment operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and maintenance manuals
• Strong attention to detail with capability to monitor multiple parameters simultaneously and respond promptly to anomalies
• Excellent record-keeping skills and ability to accurately complete operational logs and production reports
• Physical capability to perform the duties of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in equipment operation would be advantageous
