Job summary

The Production Operator (Food Manufacturing) at Jollibee Group is responsible for converting raw materials into finished goods using available resources while meeting quality standards. You will operate and maintain process equipment to ensure production runs at optimum efficiency and inspect equipment during operations.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related fields, with at least 1 year in machine operation within food manufacturing or FMCG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering technology, electromechanics technology, or industrial technology.
• At least 1 year experience in machine operation in food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
• Experience in machine operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and line equipment.
• Able to sustain in hot and/or cold work environment.
• Fresh graduates with hands-on internship or OJT experience in machine operation in food or FMCG manufacturing industry welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

About the role

The Production Operator (Food Manufacturing) is responsible for executing conversion of raw materials into finished goods in their line using allocated resources such as manpower, tools, equipment, and systems. The role involves ensuring quality standards are met for both raw materials and finished products, operating and maintaining process equipment to ensure production at optimum efficiency and standard quality, and conducting inspections of equipment during production operations.
