Job summary

Avaloq, a Swiss-founded leader in wealth-management technology, is hiring an Output Software Engineer to build and operate document solutions for banks. You will work on the complete lifecycle from requirements to deployment, focusing on Quadient Inspire Flex templates, multilingual rendering, and secure, compliant delivery across channels.

The role emphasizes Java services, extensible integration with banking apps, and collaboration with product, architecture and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Quadient Inspire Flex, Inspire Designer, templates and data mapping.
• Strong understanding of the banking document lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Solid Java development with Spring Boot; REST APIs, XML/JSON, SQL.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain output management solutions for banking docs.
• Create templates and components with Quadient Inspire Flex for multiple channels.
• Develop Java-based services and integrations across systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and architects to translate requirements into designs.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle: versioning, testing, deployment, monitoring, upgrades.
• Implement tests for business rules, data accuracy, layout quality and compatibility.
