Avaloq is seeking an Output Software Engineer to join the Business Product Domain, focusing on the next generation of output management solutions for banking documents. The role centers on Quadient Inspire Flex and Java, with end-to-end ownership from requirements to deployment across delivery channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Quadient Inspire Flex including Inspire Designer and template creation.
• Strong Java development with Spring Boot, REST APIs, XML/JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with containerized apps: Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Ability to analyse document data structures and integration contracts.
• Fluent English and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable, secure and reliable output management solutions for banking documents.
• Create and maintain document templates using Quadient Inspire Flex with multilingual support.
• Develop Java-based services and integrations connecting banking apps and data sources.
• Translate requirements into robust designs, data mappings and implementation plans.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of document solutions, including testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Implement unit, integration, regression and output‑comparison tests for accuracy and risk controls.
• Perform code and template reviews and contribute to engineering standards.
• Take ownership of components and ensure operational stability and collaboration with teams.
