EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. seeks an experienced OP Trainer with a solid background in Outpatient Coding and professional training. You will deliver training programs, develop and facilitate learning sessions, coach trainees, and ensure coding knowledge is properly applied.

This is a WFH opportunity for qualified candidates, with work locations listed as Quezon City / Taguig City in the posting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or medical allied field.
• CPC or COC certification required.
• 5+ years of outpatient coding experience.
• 2+ years in a training role.
• Strong knowledge of outpatient coding guidelines and processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to conduct training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Work Setup: WFH
Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Medical Allied course

• CPC or COC certification required

• At least 5 years of Outpatient (OP) coding experience

• Experience handling:

  • Same Day Surgery (SDS)

  • Emergency Department (ED)

  • Observation (OBS)

• At least 2 years of experience in a Training role

• Strong knowledge of outpatient coding guidelines and processes

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong ability to conduct training, coaching, and knowledge-sharing sessions
