This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Outlet Supervisor will also assist in training and developing team members, handling guest inquiries and complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a dynamic, high-end resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the daily operations of assigned outlets, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and up to standard.
