Responsibilities

• Ensure routine service calls and updates from clients through a Weekly Sales Itinerary Report.
• Team up with Sales Coordinators for client inquiries and complaints resolutions.
• Communicate directly with clients to promote products and services.
• Identify and develop clientele with the greatest potential.
• Document customer needs for clarity among team members.
• Perform market research to assist in sales strategies.
• Assist Finance Team with closure of unpaid invoices.
