You will perform daily maintenance of the outlet master file for US production, gather and validate information from multiple sources, and bridge outlet sales recycles into the database.

The role requires strong interpersonal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under time constraints with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any science and technology field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong customer focus, attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under time constraints and with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work night shift.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain the IQVIA outlet database under supervision.
• Perform daily maintenance of outlet master file for US production.
• Solicit, gather and validate outlet information from multiple sources.
• Bridge outlet sales recycles to IQVIA database daily.
• Respond to outlet-related queries and support client projects.
• Maintain work allocations sheets per project requirements.
• Escalate issues to project lead or supervisor as needed.
• Follow directions from project lead/supervisor/manager.
