Responsibilities

• Place outbound cold calls to owners of home services businesses such as HVAC, pest control, garage door, and plumbing companies.
• Work through prepared prospect lists and use per-business research to personalize each conversation.
• Explain gaps in a prospect's Google ranking and local online visibility, and position our digital marketing services as the solution.
• Follow up on prior email outreach so every call builds on an existing touchpoint.
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving toward a next step.
• Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups accurately.
• Hit daily and weekly call activity and conversion targets.
