AboitizPower in Laguna seeks an Outage & Projects CoE Manager to lead long‑term outage planning, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of outage strategies across geothermal and power plants.

You will oversee CPM scheduling, budget management, value engineering, and lifecycle planning, partnering with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to ensure reliable, safe, and cost‑efficient plant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Registration as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 7 years of experience with at least 5 years in geothermal/thermal or relevant areas.
• At least 3 years in a management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead outage planning and review maintenance programs (short/long term and emergency outages).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize generation availability.
• Develop 5–10 year equipment roadmaps and lifecycle plans.
• Oversee CPM scheduling using Smartsheet MS Project or similar tools for outages and inspections.
• Monitor planned vs actual variance and assess resources and logistics.
• Lead budgeting, cost tracking, and value engineering initiatives.
• Manage safety, administration, and staff development within the team.
