Job summary

Maersk is seeking a finance trainer with strong OTC domain knowledge to own and deliver end-to-end learning solutions. You will conduct classroom and virtual sessions, coach trainees, and align training with business needs.

Requirements include excellent communication, SAP ECC/S4HANA knowledge, and experience in shipping/logistics finance. A bachelor's degree and strong English ability are required. This role is based in Manila, Philippines.

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelor's course.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationships (internal and external stakeholders).
Finance and Accounting process knowledge, especially in OTC.
Ability to deliver effective coaching to trainees and develop advanced training skills.
