Job summary

PDAX is seeking a finance professional to join its Treasury desk in Metro Manila. The role covers desk book management, hedging, risk monitoring, and market analysis to support trading decisions in a fast-growing crypto environment.

The candidate will handle quote formation, order handling, and the dissemination of market insights to clients, while maintaining best execution and robust risk controls. A strong Excel base and Python/SQL skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a Treasury, Global Markets, or FX Trading environment; crypto exchange/prop firm preferred.
• Deep understanding of the Digital Asset ecosystem, including market structure and liquidity venues.
• Advanced Excel; Python or SQL experience strongly preferred for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Book Management: actively manage inventory and hedging based on client flow.
• Hedging & Execution: optimize buy/sell flows, execute hedges to minimize slippage.
• Risk Monitoring: track intraday P&L, VaR, and position limits, alert for breaches.
• Market Analysis: monitor macro news, crypto flows, and technical levels to inform risk.
