Job summary

Xerox Philippines is seeking an Order to Cash Credit Analyst to join our Cebu GBS team. You will evaluate customer credit requests, assess financial risk, and support timely credit decisions that enable growth while maintaining strong credit controls.

Responsibilities include reviewing credit applications, collaborating with Sales and Risk teams, and ensuring documentation accuracy in daily workflow systems, all while working onsite in Cebu on a third-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in credit analysis, credit management, finance, accounts receivable, collections, payment processing, or related financial operations.
• Understanding of credit assessment, financial analysis, risk indicators, and customer account management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with the ability to navigate financial systems and workflow tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work onsite in Cebu on a third-shift schedule.
