Job summary

NTT DATA in Metro Manila is seeking a Software Test Engineer to shape telecom quality engineering as part of digital transformation programs. You will test OSS/BSS platforms across Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Inventory, and Assurance.

You will design and execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end tests; develop automation frameworks with Selenium and Java; and apply GenAI tools to speed test design, defect analysis, and quality insights.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing experience in Telecom OSS/BSS.
• Functional testing, test design, and defect management expertise.
• Automation experience using Selenium and TestNG.
• API testing, backend validation, Jenkins, and Git experience.
• GenAI tools in QA workflows are mandatory.
• AI-assisted or agent-based testing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Test OSS/BSS platforms across Order Management, Billing, Provisioning, Inventory, and Assurance domains.
• Design and execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Leverage GenAI tools to accelerate test design, defect analysis, test data creation, and quality insights.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and customers to drive quality throughout the SDLC.
• Support UAT activities and ensure successful business sign-off.
