Job summary

AboitizPower, through AP Renewables Inc., seeks an SHE Specialist - OSH to strengthen workplace safety by identifying hazards, implementing OSH programs, and promoting a proactive safety culture across sites.

You will work with the O&M team to ensure compliance with safety regulations, conduct trainings, support audits, and drive continuous improvement to protect employees and communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.).
• 2 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health.
• Has PRC license in any Engineering field (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.).
• Preferably Safety Officer 3.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and work areas to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Administer OSH plans including PTW, PPE, and safety programs.
• Conduct trainings and toolbox talks to reinforce OSH procedures.
• Support audits and implement corrective actions as required.
