Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a Supply Chain Capacity Planner in the Philippines to support forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling across multiple sites.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align demand with capacity and business priorities, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal resource utilization. The role requires collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and OSAT partners, with responsibilities including monitoring WIP movement and leading

Responsibilities

• Review forecasted demand and evaluate capacity requirements across assigned subcontractors and production sites.
• Develop weekly and monthly capacity plans based on forecast, loading, tester availability, and operational constraints
• Coordinate production scheduling to support customer commits and business priorities
• Monitor work-in-process movement across manufacturing operations
• Track key operational metrics (eWB, Outplan vs Plan, etc)
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Site Planners, and OSAT partners
• Lead discussions on production priorities, capacity constraints, and recovery plans
